The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes of play, Vérsárkány SE's Máté Vargha made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. After a rather tough play, Vérsárkány SE's Nimród Vadász got a free kick in the 8th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Vérsárkány SE's Ignác Kárpáthy broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Valleslona F.C.'s Remir Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pál Kásás in the 16th minute of play. After some careless play in the Vérsárkány SE defense, Rolando Silvestre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of József Bozsik. The Vérsárkány SE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that József Bozsik should have stopped the shot. When Dani Olmo fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valleslona F.C.'s protests and gave Dani Olmo a yellow card for diving instead. Dani Olmo hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Apoena Salan kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. József Bozsik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lamine Yamaleev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 43 minutes, Maurin Calvo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Valleslona F.C. and the Vérsárkány SE players grew even worse after the yellow card. József Bozsik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolando Silvestre in the 47th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Máté Vargha made the kick off in the second half. Vérsárkány SE's József Bozsik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lamine Yamaleev in the 56th minute of play. With a little luck, Vérsárkány SE's József Bozsik got control of the ball when Rolando Silvestre tried to sneak it across the goal line. Despite this Remir Moreira quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafa Nadal in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg József Bozsik saved Vérsárkány SE from getting behind. Valleslona F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
