Mustafa Birol Birge started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute, Nusret Timuroz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Josué Castro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Fikret Tur in the 9th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Ahmet Fikret Tur notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Escuadrón Mercenario's Josué Castro. Josué Castro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mustafa Birol Birge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, Escuadrón Mercenario's goalkeeper Josué Castro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Fikret Tur. Nusret Timurozs short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Josué Castro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After having played for 32 minutes, Epifanio Abaurre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Escuadrón Mercenario's supporters crossed their fingers, but Epifanio Abaurre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th minute Mustafa Birol Birge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josué Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mustafa Birol Birge kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Epifanio Abaurre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bumin Erçin having to interfere. If Mustafa Birol Birge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Escuadrón Mercenario's goalkeeper Josué Castro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Epifanio Abaurre to strike the kick off in the second half. Josué Castro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Fikret Tur in the 51st minute of play. Josué Castro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Birol Birge in the 53rd minute of the match. Mustafa Birol Birge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 58th minute Ahmet Fikret Tur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josué Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mustafa Birol Birge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josué Castro having to interfere. When Tomi Abalos fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Escuadrón Mercenario's protests and gave Tomi Abalos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 68th minute, Ahmet Fikret Tur got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ahmet Fikret Tur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Fikret Tur in the 75th minute of play forced Escuadrón Mercenario's goalkeeper Josué Castro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Escuadrón Mercenario's Josué Castro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Birol Birge in the 81st minute of play. Nusret Timuroz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th minute, Udalaitz Abella hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iztal Aballe might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bumin Erçin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iztal Aballe ran back to his position shaking his head. Josué Castro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Birol Birge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
