Romulo Juvenal took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chico Fernandez. Chico Fernandez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Dudu Soares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Israel Bertol read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Dudu Soares notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Israel Bertol. Israel Bertol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Genílson Munhoz kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Romulo Juvenal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 33 minutes into the match, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Hernan Raitin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chico Fernandez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an all-out effort, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Chico Fernandez threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Faustino Eneas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A sloppy throw-in by Lisandro Aresti in the 36th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Compugraf's Pedrão Furtado. BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Israel Bertol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dudu Soares in the 43rd minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Compugraf's Dudu Soares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Israel Bertol narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Compugraf getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Alfredo Barbosa hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfredo Barbosa was the one to do the kick off. BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Israel Bertol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dudu Soares in the 52nd minute of play. Lisandro Aresti kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After 59 played minutes BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Gerazan. 63 minutes into the game, Compugraf's Dudu Soares nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Israel Bertol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 66th match minute, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ildefonso Inautzi to maneuver through the defense. Romulo Juvenal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Chico Fernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Israel Bertol came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Compugraf's Dudu Soares. But to his dismay, Dudu Soares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. After a rather tough play, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Elias Pepillo got a free kick in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dudu Soares in the 80th minute of play forced BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Israel Bertol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dudu Soares in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Israel Bertol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Dudu Soares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Israel Bertol was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. In the 90th minute, Hernan Raitin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
