Spectators: 7645 (Terracing: 5735, Seating: 1758, VIP seats: 152) Lucas Remigio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 3 played minutes La France FC got a freekick which was hit by Cirilo Ranolfo. Thanks to some nice moves Emilio Galindo could shoot a difficult shot in the 8th minute, which Zé Pedro de Queirós however easily saved by the left post. After 11 minutes of play, America Futebol Clube SP's Luiz Paulo Albuquerque made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Placido Mercurio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lucas Remigio came free with the goalkeeper in the 14th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Zé Pedro de Queirós could save by the left post. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 19th minute of the game. One of La France FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of America Futebol Clube SP:s goal. If Luiz Paulo Albuquerque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 29 minutes, Lucas Remigio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La France FC and the America Futebol Clube SP players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in America Futebol Clube SP's zone, Fulgencio Bieito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Pedro de Queirós came out of the goal and Fulgencio Bieito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Bieito in the 33rd minute of play forced America Futebol Clube SP's goalkeeper Zé Pedro de Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th match minute, La France FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fulgencio Bieito to maneuver through the defense. Placido Mercurio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto de Souza in the 38th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Renatinho de Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot. America Futebol Clube SP's supporters rose to their feet, but Renatinho de Castro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Placido Mercurio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luiz Paulo Albuquerque was the one to do the kick off. Nilton Sanches hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, America Futebol Clube SP's Nicolas Souza got a free kick in the 59th minute. Nicolas Souza hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 64 minutes in the game Murilo Freitas did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Renatinho de Castro. Placido Mercurio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renatinho de Castro in the 81st minute of play. Fausto de Souza's late challenge caught a La France FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fausto de Souza helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, America Futebol Clube SP's Fausto de Souza got a free kick in the 83rd minute. America Futebol Clube SP's Renatinho de Castro got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lucas Remigio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. America Futebol Clube SP played a much better game than La France FC and deserved their victory. The La France FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
