Spectators: 6713 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 0) Gudhem's Billy Dahlberg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Horacio Nisio notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Gudhem's Sverker Lindgren. Sverker Lindgren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 8th minute, Horacio Nisio made a precise shot to the right of Sverker Lindgren. Gudhem's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Tiburcio Basajaun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Sportivo Quilmes's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiburcio Basajaun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sverker Lindgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 12 minutes into the match, Gudhem's goal looked a bit too open when Tiburcio Basajaun came free, but Sverker Lindgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Gudhem defense, Horacio Nisio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sverker Lindgren. The Gudhem fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sverker Lindgren should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Gudhem's Johnny Hultin got a free kick in the 24th minute. Sverker Lindgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Igon, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Club Sportivo Quilmes's Uriel Iratzeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herbert Lagerberg in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Horacio Nisio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sverker Lindgren was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 38 minutes into the game, Benjamin Igon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Sverker Lindgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 41 minutes into the game, Club Sportivo Quilmes's Tiburcio Basajaun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sverker Lindgren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Tiburcio Basajaun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

The wind increased when Horacio Nisio made the kick off in the second half. Horacio Nisio scored 0-7 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sverker Lindgren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Elias Askestät kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 63 minutes into the game, Paulo Tadzio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Sportivo Quilmes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Billy Dahlberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-10. When the match was over Club Sportivo Quilmes could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Gudhem throughout the match.
