When Túlio Arantes came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the COURO COME FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Túlio Arantes couldn't finish the play. After having played for 9 minutes, Narciso Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. COURO COME FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Narciso Correia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Samuca Velloso was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Duarte Mineiro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Duarte Mineiro really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 18 minutes into the game, one of COMCHOPP:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave COURO COME FC a penalty, 20 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Walmir Vale, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of COMCHOPP's Samuca Velloso. 2-0. With an all-out effort, COURO COME FC's Samuca Velloso threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from William Rossi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Samuca Velloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Rossi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Narciso Correia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. COURO COME FC's José Maria Pontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Válter Schmidt in the 33rd minute of play. In the 41st minute, William Rossi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Samuca Velloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Rossi in the 45th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Duarte Mineiro was the one to do the kick off. Walmir Vale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuca Velloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fernando Severo in the 63rd minute of the match. The supporters of COURO COME FC booed when COMCHOPP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Paulo Leme didn't get a good kick on the ball. COURO COME FC's Walmir Vale couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 67th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for COMCHOPP. Samuca Velloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Rossi in the 69th minute of the match. Christian Meira hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After 73 played minutes COURO COME FC got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Fernando Severo. Luiz Fernando Severo kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 92nd match minute, COMCHOPP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kléber Vander to maneuver through the defense. COMCHOPP's Samuca Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Rossi in the 93rd minute of play. The supporters of COURO COME FC booed when COMCHOPP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kléber Vander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Walmir Vale blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Samuca Velloso having to make a save.
