Kaplan's Braulio Silviano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Paulo Leme in the 12th minute of play. COMCHOPP's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Serafin Froylan scored to the left of an out of position Samuca Velloso, making the score, 1-0. A collision led to Kaplan getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Ivan Poncio hit a great ball. Serafin Froylan kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, COMCHOPP's Válter Schmidt got a free kick in the 29th minute. Braulio Silviano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lúcio Paiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th match minute, Kaplan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafin Froylan to maneuver through the defense. Braulio Silviano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Paulo Leme in the 37th minute of play. Aristides Avellaneda hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the game, COMCHOPP's Luís Paulo Leme nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Braulio Silviano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lucio Soin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Serafin Froylan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuca Velloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Válter Schmidt in the 55th minute of play forced Kaplan's goalkeeper Braulio Silviano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guilherme Bittencourt in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Braulio Silviano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Samuca Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Avellaneda in the 59th minute of play. If Christian Meira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Válter Schmidt charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Válter Schmidt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, COMCHOPP's Válter Schmidt got a free kick in the 65th minute. Fabiano Quadros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute Serafin Froylan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuca Velloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luís Paulo Leme in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Braulio Silviano saved Kaplan from getting behind. COMCHOPP's Samuca Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narciso Eriz in the 78th minute of play. Aristides Avellaneda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuca Velloso having to interfere. Kaplan's Braulio Silviano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Kaplan from getting a goal against them. Narciso Eriz kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match.
