In the 40th match minute, Academia Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norberto Victoro to maneuver through the defense. Görkem İstanbul's late challenge caught a Academia Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Görkem İstanbul helped the player get up and apologised.
