Spectators: 7553 (Terracing: 5666, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) TUSE's Konstantin Kondor started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 8 minutes, István Szigethy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TUSE and the EL PEPO FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to TUSE getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. István Szigethy hit a great ball. Melquiades Patxi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ödön Kertész's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Celso Inge could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Tibor Kaiser made a huge save. Ödön Kertész recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ödön Kertész in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melquiades Patxi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ödön Kertész had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquin Tonio made in the 22nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Celso Inge however managed to control. Ödön Kertész sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 27 minutes, István Szigethy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TUSE's supporters crossed their fingers, but István Szigethy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 34 minutes into the match, TUSE's goalkeeper Tibor Kaiser had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgard Herauso. EL PEPO FC's Melquiades Patxi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstantin Kondor in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Miloš Kerkez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Melquiades Patxi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Marcell Pethő's late challenge caught a EL PEPO FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcell Pethő helped the player get up and apologised. Marcell Pethő kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Tibor Kaiser made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Celso Inge sent off a good shot on target. Celso Inge took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tibor Kaiser. Tibor Kaiser dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rafael Clodio was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, TUSE's Marcell Pethő got a free kick in the 55th minute. Marcell Pethő got his second yellow card in the match during the 62nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of EL PEPO FC booed when TUSE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcell Pethő didn't get a good kick on the ball. Celso Inge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tibor Kaiser having to interfere. In the 72nd minute Rafael Clodio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tibor Kaiser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ödön Kertész had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Konstantin Kondor charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Konstantin Kondor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 82nd minute, Konstantin Kondor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tibor Kaiser made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celso Inge in the 83rd minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Ödön Kertész got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in EL PEPO FC's zone, Ödön Kertész stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Patxi came out of the goal and Ödön Kertész tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
