The audience was convinced that Fanis Kokkinopoulos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julian Borcz was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. In the 12th minute Auktsjaur IF were awarded a corner. Jan-Erik Abrahamsson went to the cornerflag to take it. 15 minutes into the game, ΟΦΗ's Giannis Tzanetos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julian Borcz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 18 minutes of play, ΟΦΗ's Giannis Tzanetos made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. If Fanis Kokkinopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 28 minutes into the match, ΟΦΗ's goalkeeper Theofanis Marinakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeppe Renberg. In the 29thth minute of the game Jan-Erik Abrahamsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ΟΦΗ's Theofanis Marinakis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 31st minute Giannis Tzanetos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Borcz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Auktsjaur IF's goal looked a bit too open when Giannis Tzanetos came free, but Julian Borcz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Giannis Tzanetos got free with Julian Borcz in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Auktsjaur IF were furious when Verner Abrahamsson was red carded, 57 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Auktsjaur IF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 56th minute. Penalty! ΟΦΗs' Julian Borcz made a terrific save as he just managed to stop Ilias Lazanass penalty just before it crossed the line at his left post. In the 60th minute of the match ΟΦΗ got a corner. Auktsjaur IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ilias Lazanas ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on ΟΦΗ's corner Ilias Lazanas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julian Borcz quite easily take care of the ball. Nikos Kalkavouras could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Julian Borcz made a huge save. Julian Borcz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giannis Tzanetos in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute, Sebastian Forssell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fanis Kokkinopoulos had several of the Auktsjaur IF's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 67 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Julian Borcz as he didn't even see the shot coming. Nikos Kalkavouras came free with the goalkeeper in the 73rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Julian Borcz could save by the left post. Julian Borcz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fanis Kokkinopoulos in the 77th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Auktsjaur IF's goalkeeper Julian Borcz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nikos Kalkavouras. ΟΦΗ's Theofanis Marinakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeppe Renberg in the 83rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jeppe Renberg in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Theofanis Marinakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nikos Kalkavouras's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Julian Borcz firmly grabbed it by the left post. Theofanis Marinakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeppe Renberg in the 90th minute of the match. With a little luck, Auktsjaur IF's Julian Borcz got control of the ball when Giannis Tzanetos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Theofanis Marinakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeppe Renberg in the 94th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded ΟΦΗ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Auktsjaur IF.
