Spectators: 7454 (Terracing: 5652, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 70) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Giannis Tzanetos started the match with the kick off. Theofanis Marinakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelino Mosen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iordanis Drambas kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. The supporters of ΟΦΗ booed when LACELESTEYBLANCA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Ugaitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Michalis Semos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute Giannis Tzanetos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ladislao Johans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ΟΦΗ's Giannis Tzanetos got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Sofoklis Stathatos fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ΟΦΗ's protests and gave Sofoklis Stathatos a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of LACELESTEYBLANCA booed when ΟΦΗ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sofoklis Stathatos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, LACELESTEYBLANCA's goal looked a bit too open when Fanis Kokkinopoulos came free, but Ladislao Johans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Giannis Tzanetos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ladislao Johans, 2-0. Giannis Tzanetos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the game, Fanis Kokkinopoulos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Ladislao Johans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind LACELESTEYBLANCA's goalkeeper Ladislao Johans, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nikos Kalkavouras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ladislao Johans having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Nikos Kalkavouras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcelino Mosen to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, LACELESTEYBLANCA's Higinio Isusko got a free kick in the 52nd minute. The supporters of ΟΦΗ booed when LACELESTEYBLANCA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Ugaitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute, Marcelino Mosen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Theofanis Marinakis was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The audience was convinced that Giannis Tzanetos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ladislao Johans was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Aaron Heriberto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Theofanis Marinakis made a huge save. 71 minutes into the match, ΟΦΗ's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelino Mosen came free, but Theofanis Marinakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcelino Mosen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 78 minutes, Aaron Heriberto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LACELESTEYBLANCA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aaron Heriberto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ladislao Johans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fanis Kokkinopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After having played for 91 minutes, Giannis Tzanetos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ΟΦΗ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giannis Tzanetos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Giannis Tzanetos in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ladislao Johans prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that ΟΦΗ were the better team. ΟΦΗ's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
