When Tulio Alaña fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tala Bosques del Jaure's protests and gave Tulio Alaña a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Tala Bosques del Jaure's Tulio Alaña got a free kick in the 20th minute. Yuri Paranaense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Minguez having to interfere.
