Saturnino Romo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Grosso United's Adrian Curcio got a free kick in the 7th minute. The supporters of FC Szczucin booed when Grosso United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cayetano Gabirel didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Grosso United's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Czysty came free, but Saturnino Romo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Godofredo Manny ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benedykt Zuraw was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 16th minute, Leandro Lorenz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 18 played minutes, FC Szczucin's Mikolaj Ziombkowski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Saturnino Romo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Szczucin reached it. Saturnino Romo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Czysty, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Igor Czysty had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Saturnino Romo. Grosso United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Igor Czysty was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Igor Czysty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benedykt Zuraw showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godofredo Manny in the 30th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute Igor Czysty shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saturnino Romo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saturnino Romo came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Szczucin's Igor Czysty. But to his dismay, Igor Czysty quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Grosso United's Saturnino Romo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tymoteusz Turacki in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Igor Czysty shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saturnino Romo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Grosso United's goal looked a bit too open when Mikolaj Ziombkowski came free, but Saturnino Romo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 46 minutes, Godofredo Manny mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grosso United and the FC Szczucin players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th minute, Godofredo Manny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mikolaj Ziombkowski to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Grosso United's goalkeeper Saturnino Romo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tymoteusz Turacki. Tymoteusz Turacki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Saturnino Romo made a huge save. 58 minutes into the match, FC Szczucin's Tymoteusz Turacki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Saturnino Romo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikolaj Ziombkowski in the 72nd minute of play forced Grosso United's goalkeeper Saturnino Romo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd play minute Igor Czysty came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Saturnino Romo. 1-4. Igor Czysty struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Saturnino Romo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Szczucin. Grosso United's Saturnino Romo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikolaj Ziombkowski in the 78th minute of play. Saturnino Romo was out of position in the 81 minute of play, and Boguslaw Majerowicz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Saturnino Romo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikolaj Ziombkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Grosso United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
