Spectators: 7483 (Terracing: 5614, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) Valdomiro Garcia started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 3 played minutes Zandarin FC got a freekick which was hit by Erivaldo Queirós. In the 5th minute of the game Diamantino de Barros made a throw-in which Felipe Lopez played forward. Abelardo Diniz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walmir Schmidt in the 7th minute of the match. The supporters of Tamboril booed when Zandarin FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erivaldo Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by José Vítor Lara from long distance, 10 minutes into the match, got Pedrinho Severo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 12th minute José Vítor Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedrinho Severo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ulisses Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Abelardo Diniz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walmir Schmidt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpected shot in the 20th minute by José Vítor Lara got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Diamantino de Barros got a throw-in 23 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Felipe Lopez. After having played for 24 minutes, Valdomiro Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tamboril's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdomiro Garcia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Wanderson Ceresso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tamboril's supporters rose to their feet, but Wanderson Ceresso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedrinho Severo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Célio Leme kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Pedrinho Severo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Vítor Lara, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute, Felipe Lopez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedrinho Severo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Pedro Augusto Barbosa hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Pedrinho Severo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ulisses Antunes in the 43rd minute. Pedrinho Severo came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Tamboril's José Vítor Lara. But to his dismay, José Vítor Lara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Célio Leme was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Valdomiro Garcia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Pedrinho Severo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pedrinho Severo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulisses Antunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes in the game Edgar Tepedino did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to José Vítor Lara. 61 minutes into the match, José Vítor Lara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedrinho Severo. Zandarin FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that José Vítor Lara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 71st minute, Dorival da Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Zandarin FC defense, Valdomiro Garcia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedrinho Severo. The Zandarin FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedrinho Severo should have stopped the shot. Valdomiro Garcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ulisses Antunes hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After 81 minutes of play, Tamboril's Ulisses Antunes made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedrinho Severo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Valdomiro Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Pedrinho Severo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Zandarin FC defense, José Vítor Lara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedrinho Severo. The Zandarin FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedrinho Severo should have stopped the shot. If Valdomiro Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
