Ramón Leão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 7 played minutes Dragões Barbudos FC got a freekick which was hit by Eliseu da Costa. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Thiago Lima put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Witold Hryc. In the 30th minute of the match, Julian Pryla tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ramón Leão saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Mateusz Oliszewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Ramón Leão made a huge save. Witold Hryc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thiago Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute of the match Dragões Barbudos FC got a corner. Wicher Wilchwy Come Back's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edmílson Cerezo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Thiago Lima struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Witold Hryc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dragões Barbudos FC. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Mateusz Oliszewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ramón Leão. Dragões Barbudos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mateusz Oliszewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dragões Barbudos FC's goalkeeper Ramón Leão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thiago Lima in the 47th minute of play forced Wicher Wilchwy Come Back's goalkeeper Witold Hryc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Wicher Wilchwy Come Back's Beniamin Szkaradek pulled a muscle in his leg after 85 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Dorian Queiroz's late challenge caught a Wicher Wilchwy Come Back's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
