Spectators: 7482 (Terracing: 5613, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) Celtic FC's Jimeno Pitin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes Celtic FC got a freekick which was hit by Armando Fidele. Celtic FC's Angelo Quico proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Celtic FC from getting a goal against them. C. A. BELGRANO's Amadeo Amor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimeno Pitin in the 5th minute of play. 0-1 became the score in the 6th minute when Jimeno Pitin elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 10 minutes of play, Celtic FC's Jimeno Pitin made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amadeo Amor was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Ortzi in the 12th minute of play forced C. A. BELGRANO's goalkeeper Amadeo Amor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guido Mannuel's late challenge caught a Celtic FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guido Mannuel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th minute Jimeno Pitin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Amor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute Alonzo Ortzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Amor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amadeo Amor came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Celtic FC's Alonzo Ortzi. But to his dismay, Alonzo Ortzi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After a rather tough play, Celtic FC's Saul Beila got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 32nd minute, Alonzo Ortzi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amadeo Amor was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 39 minutes into the match, Armando Fidele had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amadeo Amor. C. A. BELGRANO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Armando Fidele was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. In the 48th minute, Jimeno Pitin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Celtic FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnulfo Restu made a kick off. Isaias Bonifaco kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Celtic FC's Jimeno Pitin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Amadeo Amor. That made the score 0-7 after 67 minutes of play. After 71 minutes, Ruben Fagondo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C. A. BELGRANO and the Celtic FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Celtic FC booed when C. A. BELGRANO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruben Fagondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alonzo Ortzi hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the match, Alonzo Ortzi notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of C. A. BELGRANO's Amadeo Amor. Amadeo Amor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Amadeo Amor was out of position in the 78 minute of play, and Jimeno Pitin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jimeno Pitin really showed his touch with that goal: 0-9. Amadeo Amor made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Jimeno Pitin sent off a good shot on target. Amadeo Amor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Armando Fidele's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Casado in the 96th minute of play forced Celtic FC's goalkeeper Angelo Quico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The C. A. BELGRANO supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Celtic FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Celtic FC.
