El Patriarca ®'s Cipriano Iban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredinho Faria in the 37th minute of play. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when João Travassos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Leopoldo Mannuel kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. João Travassos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Cipriano Iban made a huge save. Emiliano Gar struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Pedro Paulo França didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Patriarca ®. After a rather tough play, Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s Emílio Bueno got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. played a much better game than El Patriarca ® and deserved their victory. The El Patriarca ® players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
