Mauro Cordareo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emiliano Juvenal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. If Eustaquio Jorrin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eustaquio Jorrin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Hibai having to interfere. When Tiburcio Papo came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Club Atlethico Talleres fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tiburcio Papo couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Mauro Lopez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlethico Talleres's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauro Lopez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emiliano Juvenal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Mauro Lopez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, DeportivoIndependienteMDP's goal looked a bit too open when Tiburcio Papo came free, but Emiliano Juvenal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiburcio Papo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiburcio Papo in the 44th minute of play forced DeportivoIndependienteMDP's goalkeeper Emiliano Juvenal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Club Atlethico Talleres booed when DeportivoIndependienteMDP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustaquio Jorrin didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mauro Lopez to make the kick off. Emiliano Juvenal made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Mauro Cordareo sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Club Atlethico Talleres's Baldomero Semeno got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute Mauro Lopez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Juvenal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eustaquio Jorrin kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After 65 minutes of play, Club Atlethico Talleres's Mauro Lopez made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emiliano Juvenal was left in no man's land by his defense there! 72 minutes into the match, Tiburcio Papo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emiliano Juvenal. DeportivoIndependienteMDP's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiburcio Papo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. With an all-out effort, Club Atlethico Talleres's Emiliano Juvenal threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mauro Lopez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Eustaquio Jorrin's late challenge caught a Club Atlethico Talleres's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eustaquio Jorrin helped the player get up and apologised. Eustaquio Jorrin kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Mauro Lopez did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-5 to the left of a surprised Emiliano Juvenal 80 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Tiburcio Papo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emiliano Juvenal. That made the score 0-6 in the 83 minute of play. After a rather tough play, DeportivoIndependienteMDP's Felipe Olando got a free kick in the 86th minute. Tiburcio Papo didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-7 via right post in the game's 91st minute. Club Atlethico Talleres's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Club Atlethico Talleres's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
