A collision led to Stars Academy getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Celso Estrada hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diego Balendin in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Almiro Benevides saved Stars Academy from getting behind. Stars Academy's Almiro Benevides played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Balendin in the 12th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Pascual Gonsalvo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Almiro Benevides was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 22 minutes, Homero Brochado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stars Academy and the Tello AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd match minute, Stars Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Homero Brochado to maneuver through the defense. Stars Academy's Almiro Benevides played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Balendin in the 25th minute of play. Mariano Caton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antero Rebocho's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Mariano Caton made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Amado Leite sent off a good shot on target. In the 31st minute, Diego Balendin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tello AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. A collision led to Stars Academy getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. After 40 played minutes Tello AFC got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Gonsalvo. In the 44th minute Antero Rebocho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Caton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th match minute, Tello AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Semeno to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Diego Balendin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Almiro Benevides was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Justino Kismi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 58 minute of play. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Diego Balendin sped through Stars Academy's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Almiro Benevides. 65 minutes into the game, Homero Brochado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Mariano Caton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Almiro Benevides was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Diego Balendin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-6 in the 69 minute of play. When Antero Rebocho came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Stars Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antero Rebocho couldn't finish the play. Stars Academy's Almiro Benevides played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascual Gonsalvo in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascual Gonsalvo in the 86th minute of play forced Stars Academy's goalkeeper Almiro Benevides to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match was over Tello AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Stars Academy throughout the match.
