Spectators: 7468 (Terracing: 5602, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Diego Txurio got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Mariano Fidele was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Capioviciño's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Corinthians FC the free kick. Bernardo Laurgain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Neil Rigg in the 4th minute of play. After 5 minutes of play, Corinthians FC's Dom Breckin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernardo Laurgain was left in no man's land by his defense there! 14 minutes into the game, Oliver Hutchings cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Bernardo Laurgain was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 21 minutes into the game, one of Capioviciño:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Capioviciño:s Bernardo Laurgain showed great skill when he stopped Oliver Hutchings:s penalty. 0-3 came in the 24th minute when Oliver Hutchings all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Bernardo Laurgain. Bernardo Laurgain stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Neil Rigg's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neil Rigg in the 36th minute of play forced Capioviciño's goalkeeper Bernardo Laurgain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Neil Rigg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bernardo Laurgain was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. In the 41st minute Oliver Hutchings shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Laurgain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Nalo hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After 47 minutes, Ruperto Selmo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Capioviciño and the Corinthians FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th match minute, Capioviciño was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruperto Selmo to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

In the 56th minute, Corinthians FC's Neil Rigg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Capioviciño's Bernardo Laurgain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Hutchings in the 63rd minute of play. After 67 minutes, Oliver Hutchings made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. Capioviciño's Bernardo Laurgain tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 70 minutes into the match, Capioviciño's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Hutchings came free, but Bernardo Laurgain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Neil Rigg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Laurgain having to interfere. Cecilio Pere sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Capioviciño's Cristobal Venerando got a free kick in the 80th minute. Capioviciño's Bernardo Laurgain proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Capioviciño from getting a goal against them. In the 88th match minute, Corinthians FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Beale to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Capioviciño getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Segundo Gaspard hit a great ball. With a little luck, Capioviciño's Bernardo Laurgain got control of the ball when Neil Rigg tried to sneak it across the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, Diego Txurio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Capioviciño's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Corinthians FC the free kick. After 93 played minutes Capioviciño got a freekick which was hit by Diego Txurio. Cecilio Pere received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. David Bettney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Corinthians FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
