Bernardo Laurgain came out of the goal and Desiderio Ermengol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernardo Laurgain made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomás Checa in the 6th minute. Cecilio Pere sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Deportivo Pucho booed when Capioviciño was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristobal Venerando didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute, Tomás Checa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bernardo Laurgain. The goal made the score 1-0. Capioviciño's Bernardo Laurgain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Cesario in the 23rd minute of play. 2-0 became the score in the 25th minute when Tomás Checa elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 27 minutes into the game, Raul Brion was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Pucho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Capioviciño the free kick. Marciano Blanco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteve Nastasio in the 28th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Diego Txurio put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Marciano Blanco. Desiderio Ermengol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th match minute, Capioviciño was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Havier to maneuver through the defense. In the 42ndth minute of the game Diego Txurio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Pucho's Marciano Blanco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Diego Txurio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marciano Blanco was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. After 46 played minutes Capioviciño got a freekick which was hit by Cecilio Pere. Zeledon Cesario received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bernardo Laurgain came out and tried to block the shot, but Zeledon Cesario slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diego Txurio in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marciano Blanco saved Deportivo Pucho from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Capioviciño's Marciano Blanco threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Diego Txurio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Manuel Havier charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manuel Havier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Deportivo Pucho booed when Capioviciño was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Havier didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Checa in the 62nd minute of play forced Capioviciño's goalkeeper Bernardo Laurgain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diego Txurios short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Marciano Blanco to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Bernardo Laurgain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Cesario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Pucho's Desiderio Ermengol got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 77th match minute, Capioviciño was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Txurio to maneuver through the defense. After 81 minutes of play, Capioviciño's Cecilio Pere made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marciano Blanco was left in no man's land by his defense there! During the 84th minute of the match Manuel Havier completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Manuel Havier a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Manuel Havier hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Esteve Nastasio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Blanco having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pucho's goal looked a bit too open when Esteve Nastasio came free, but Marciano Blanco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zeledon Cesario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Esteve Nastasio fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Capioviciño's protests and gave Esteve Nastasio a yellow card for diving instead. After 98 played minutes Capioviciño got a freekick which was hit by Cristobal Venerando.
