Roch Sroka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrício Fernandes having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 19th minute of the game. One of MEXACOMX:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of KS Zgredy:s goal. When MEXACOMX's Luís Alvarenga in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KS Zgredy's goalie prevented a goal. 28 minutes into the match, KS Zgredy's goal looked a bit too open when João Valadão came free, but Gilbert Treppa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of KS Zgredy booed when MEXACOMX was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandrino Junqueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute of the match Rafal Ryback sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Patrício Fernandes skillfully saved the ball. Jurand Skikiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Luís Alvarenga made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Jurand Skikiewicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patrício Fernandes. MEXACOMX's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jurand Skikiewicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Damião Sobral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Gilbert Treppa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jurand Skikiewicz charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jurand Skikiewicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
