Spectators: 7482 (Terracing: 5613, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Liviu Zubaşcu got the match started through his kick off. Cornel Cudalb hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Nistor Sfetcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hélio Terra in the 5th minute of play. Hélio Terra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Nistor Sfetcu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, bullfinches's Eusebiu Surdilă got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 30th minute, Liviu Zubaşcu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Diamantino de Queiroz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 32nd match minute, bullfinches was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liviu Zubaşcu to maneuver through the defense. Airborne FC's Diamantino de Queiroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liviu Zubaşcu in the 34th minute of play. Nistor Sfetcu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 37th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. Diamantino de Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebiu Surdilă in the 42nd minute of play. Diamantino de Queiroz came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by bullfinches's Eusebiu Surdilă. But to his dismay, Eusebiu Surdilă quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Patrick Ramos to make the kick off. Airborne FC's Diamantino de Queiroz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Airborne FC from getting a goal against them. 55 minutes into the game, Liviu Zubaşcu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Diamantino de Queiroz. Liviu Zubaşcu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. A collision led to bullfinches getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Costică Glăvan hit a great ball. Cornel Cudalb recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cornel Cudalb took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Diamantino de Queiroz. Diamantino de Queiroz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. 85 minutes into the match, Cornel Cudalb had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Diamantino de Queiroz. Airborne FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cornel Cudalb was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-8. 88 minutes into the match, Airborne FC's goalkeeper Diamantino de Queiroz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eusebiu Surdilă. Diamantino de Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebiu Surdilă in the 90th minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Eusebiu Surdilă cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-9. Diamantino de Queiroz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the final whistle sounded bullfinches left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Airborne FC.
