Spectators: 7536 (Terracing: 5653, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 150) Vintilă Hălmăgeanu made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 5th minute Călin Bota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Itzaina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th match minute, Cormoranii -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolae Drăgoi to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th match minute, RÚSTICOS F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cayetano Paublo to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in RÚSTICOS F.C's zone, Nicolae Drăgoi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodrigo Itzaina came out of the goal and Nicolae Drăgoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rodrigo Itzaina came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Cormoranii -MM-'s Vintilă Hălmăgeanu. But to his dismay, Vintilă Hălmăgeanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 22nd minute Leonel Espiridion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Zoff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dino Zoff was a little too slow when Leonel Espiridion got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 1-1. The supporters of RÚSTICOS F.C booed when Cormoranii -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Agrigoroaiei didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodrigo Itzaina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vintilă Hălmăgeanu in the 37th minute of play. The supporters of RÚSTICOS F.C booed when Cormoranii -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Agrigoroaiei didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernardino Baumer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Dino Zoff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 45 played minutes RÚSTICOS F.C got a freekick which was hit by Ariel Santxol. Ariel Santxol hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonel Espiridion to make the kick off. Alin Gherdan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Rodrigo Itzaina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vintilă Hălmăgeanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Rodrigo Itzaina made a huge save. Dino Zoff showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonel Espiridion in the 58th minute of the match. Valentin Agrigoroaiei kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cormoranii -MM-'s goalkeeper Dino Zoff, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rodrigo Itzaina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vintilă Hălmăgeanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute, Cormoranii -MM-'s Vintilă Hălmăgeanu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rodrigo Itzaina. Rodrigo Itzaina yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. In the 71st minute, Vintilă Hălmăgeanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cormoranii -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Vintilă Hălmăgeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Itzaina having to interfere. Dino Zoff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Espiridion in the 76th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vintilă Hălmăgeanu in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodrigo Itzaina saved RÚSTICOS F.C from getting behind. 82 minutes into the match, Cormoranii -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Espiridion came free, but Dino Zoff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vintilă Hălmăgeanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rodrigo Itzaina having to make a save. 86 minutes into the match, RÚSTICOS F.C's goalkeeper Rodrigo Itzaina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vintilă Hălmăgeanu. When Călin Bota came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Cormoranii -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Călin Bota couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Cormoranii -MM- getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Bobby Fischer hit a great ball.
