In the 4th minute David Rey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Romelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 7 played minutes O rey Iván got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Txartiko. 8 minutes into the match, O rey Iván's goal looked a bit too open when David Rey came free, but Ramiro Romelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filomeno Dabi was a little too slow when Augusto Burni got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 1-0. Horacio Txaran blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Filomeno Dabi having to make a save. When Horacio Txaran fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored O rey Iván's protests and gave Horacio Txaran a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th match minute, O rey Iván was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horacio Txaran to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute David Rey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Romelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Burni in the 23rd minute of play forced Sacando del Medio's goalkeeper Filomeno Dabi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filomeno Dabi was a little too slow when Augusto Burni got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 2-0. O rey Iván's Ramiro Romelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Rey in the 31st minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, O rey Iván's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Joseph came free, but Ramiro Romelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the O rey Iván defense, Jorge Barbosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ramiro Romelio. The O rey Iván fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ramiro Romelio should have stopped the shot. Ramiro Romelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Rey in the 45th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

53 minutes into the match, O rey Iván's goalkeeper Ramiro Romelio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Rey. David Reys short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Ramiro Romelio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Rey in the 54th minute of play forced O rey Iván's goalkeeper Ramiro Romelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodrigo Elorri was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 57 minutes into the match. 56 minutes into the game, one of Sacando del Medio:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 59th minute there was a penalty for O rey Iván. Horacio Txaran stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Filomeno Dabi. 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Barbosa in the 66th minute of play forced O rey Iván's goalkeeper Ramiro Romelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, O rey Iván's Ramiro Romelio got control of the ball when Siro Joseph tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 73rd match minute, O rey Iván was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Remir to maneuver through the defense. Anier Loren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Sacando del Medio booed when O rey Iván was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Ritchie didn't get a good kick on the ball. O rey Iván's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
