The audience thought a goal was coming when Samuel Bembe got free with Ramiro Romelio in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ramiro Romelio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Garikoitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Horacio Txaran charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Horacio Txaran the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th minute, Samuel Bembe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ramiro Romelio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Cesar Azeari kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Barrialito AFC's Amadeo Caton got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ramiro Romelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Garikoitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amancio Abreu's late challenge caught a O rey Iván's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amancio Abreu helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Barrialito AFC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Amancio Abreu hit a great ball. In the 29th minute, Israel Cesario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramiro Romelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saturnino Leobardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jaime Garikoitz was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saturnino Leobardo in the 52nd minute of play forced O rey Iván's goalkeeper Ramiro Romelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of O rey Iván booed when Barrialito AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amancio Abreu didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Augusto Burni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Israel Cesario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Garikoitz in the 83rd minute of play forced O rey Iván's goalkeeper Ramiro Romelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute Jaime Garikoitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Romelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramiro Romelio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Garikoitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Saturnino Leobardo notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of O rey Iván's Ramiro Romelio. Ramiro Romelio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Saturnino Leobardo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ramiro Romelio having to make a save. Jaime Garikoitz scored 4-0 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ramiro Romelio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Barrialito AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
