Semi Onguner didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rafael Criales went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Ecevit Hacıahmetoğlu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. 32 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Santiago's goal looked a bit too open when Ege Acunman came free, but Leandro Candina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zuberoa Mesia struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Semi Onguner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Deportivo Santiago. Leandro Candina made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Ecevit Hacıahmetoğlu sent off a good shot on target. Cisco Birlik FC's Semi Onguner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arturo Montiel in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Arturo Montiel made the kick off in the second half. Yasin Karluk charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yasin Karluk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Cisco Birlik FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Yasin Karluk hit a great ball. In the 53rd minute of the match, Zuberoa Mesia tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Semi Onguner saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 56th match minute, Cisco Birlik FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atakan Hurmacı to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute, Arturo Montiel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rafael Criales was extremely unlucky when he, in the 69th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Semi Onguner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Criales, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Santiago's goal looked a bit too open when Ege Acunman came free, but Leandro Candina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Çetin Akmeşe came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Cisco Birlik FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Çetin Akmeşe couldn't finish the play. Cisco Birlik FC's Ege Acunman got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 81 minutes into the match, Cisco Birlik FC's goalkeeper Semi Onguner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arturo Montiel. Semi Onguner made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Evelio Terres sent off a good shot on target. Leandro Candina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ege Acunman in the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd match minute, Cisco Birlik FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yavuz Bülent Palabıyık to maneuver through the defense. Semi Onguner made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Evelio Terres sent off a good shot on target. During the 96th minute of the match Rafael Criales completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Rafael Criales a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The Cisco Birlik FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
