Spectators: 7493 (Terracing: 5621, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) Louie Sheppard started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Johan Hultin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ken McGurk's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. After 7 played minutes FC ARK CS got a freekick which was hit by Tris Marriot. Rönnöfors FF's Johan Hultin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ken McGurk in the 14th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zack Hampton during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rönnöfors FF's Louie Sheppard got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, Rönnöfors FF's goalkeeper Johan Hultin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tris Marriot. After having played for 23 minutes, Christopher Barber managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC ARK CS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christopher Barber was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tris Marriot in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Johan Hultin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Rönnöfors FF getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Frans Enegren hit a great ball. Oscar Duke could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Johan Hultin made a huge save. After a rather tough play, FC ARK CS's Sebastien Frost got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 38th minute Louie Sheppard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bart Fenton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, Sebastien Frost hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Rönnöfors FF's Johan Hultin got control of the ball when Christopher Barber tried to sneak it across the goal line. Birger Apelkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Johan Hultin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ken McGurk, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After the first half Rönnöfors FF were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tris Marriot was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Rönnöfors FF got a freekick which was hit by Frans Enegren. After 54 minutes, Louie Sheppard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rönnöfors FF and the FC ARK CS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tris Marriot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johan Hultin having to interfere. In the 57th match minute, Rönnöfors FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Birger Apelkvist to maneuver through the defense. Johan Hultin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ken McGurk in the 59th minute of play. Johan Hultin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christopher Barber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Louie Sheppard who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 71stth minute tested the skills of Bart Fenton when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Christopher Barber kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 85th minute Sten Kråk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bart Fenton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Louie Sheppard who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Bart Fenton when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 94 played minutes Rönnöfors FF got a freekick which was hit by Jan Bogren. The Rönnöfors FF players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
