Jim Sutton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ostadar Cavaneros in the 13th minute of the match. A collision led to Manchester City getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Henry Beckham hit a great ball. Jim Sutton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sidro Taladriz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Bernabel Iruleta fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ's protests and gave Bernabel Iruleta a yellow card for diving instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Bernabel Iruleta managed to get in a good position for a shot. ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernabel Iruleta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jim Sutton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Manchester City's Jim Sutton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ostadar Cavaneros in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernabel Iruleta in the 23rd minute of play forced Manchester City's goalkeeper Jim Sutton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sidro Taladriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jim Sutton having to interfere. When Urki Lacle fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ's protests and gave Urki Lacle a yellow card for diving instead. Jim Sutton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ostadar Cavaneros in the 38th minute of play. When Bernabel Iruleta was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 39 minutes had been played. When Ostadar Cavaneros came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ostadar Cavaneros couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ostadar Cavaneros to make the kick off. Arixo Esquivias hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. 52 minutes into the match, Pierre Swinscoe notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ's Froilan Guibar. Froilan Guibar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sidro Taladriz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Ostadar Cavaneros managed to get in a good position for a shot. ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ's supporters rose to their feet, but Ostadar Cavaneros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The supporters of Manchester City booed when ¢σи єℓ вσℓѕσ иσ ¢σмρєтιѕ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ostadar Cavaneros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
