Teodosio Isauro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zacarias Ralondo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 31 minute of play. After 35 minutes, Prudencio Roano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LOS MENTI and the Asesinos Por Naturaleza players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Osvaldo Rozarius made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Anacleto Mikolas sent off a good shot on target. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Asesinos Por Naturaleza's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Prudencio Roano was slow to take the kick. During this time LOS MENTI's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Santo Anaya got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Osvaldo Rozarius quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 61 minutes into the game, Zacarias Ralondo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Teodosio Isauro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Asesinos Por Naturaleza made a substitution. Ramon Sidro replaced Zacarias Ralondo. Osvaldo Rozarius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Anaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Ramon Sidro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teodosio Isauro was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. In the 75th minute, Natalio Guillelmus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
