Spectators: 7477 (Terracing: 5609, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Délio Souza got the match started through his kick off. Chelsicha's Diogo Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdo Guimarães in the 4th minute of play. Evaristo Arósio kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Perivaldo Moreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frederico de Mendonça in the 8th minute of play. Valdo Guimarães kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Vágner Valadares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perivaldo Moreira having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, MARINUS MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Vágner Valadares came free, but Perivaldo Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, MARINUS MZC's Alex Vianna got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Marcelo Mangueira made in the 31st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Frederico de Mendonça. In the 33rd minute Vágner Valadares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Perivaldo Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Délio Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diogo Velloso having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Vágner Valadares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chelsicha's supporters rose to their feet, but Vágner Valadares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Perivaldo Moreira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 41 minutes into the match, Vágner Valadares had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Perivaldo Moreira. MARINUS MZC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vágner Valadares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Vicente Félix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Délio Souza's late challenge caught a Chelsicha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Délio Souza helped the player get up and apologised. After the first half Chelsicha were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd minute, Valdo Guimarães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 53rd minute, Vágner Valadares left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chelsicha fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Perivaldo Moreira made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Antônio Carlos Melo sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evaristo Arósio during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th match minute, MARINUS MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Arósio to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valdo Guimarães in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diogo Velloso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 73 played minutes MARINUS MZC got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Prata. Vágner Valadares, 74 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 75 played minutes MARINUS MZC got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Prata. A hard shot by Vágner Valadares from long distance, 76 minutes into the match, got Perivaldo Moreira's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The supporters of Chelsicha booed when MARINUS MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Délio Souza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Donato de Souza's late challenge caught a Chelsicha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donato de Souza helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Chelsicha booed when MARINUS MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdo Guimarães didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 91 minutes of play, Chelsicha's Antônio Carlos Melo made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Perivaldo Moreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle sounded Chelsicha left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than MARINUS MZC.
