The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for LOS MENTI. 18 minutes into the match, LOS MENTI's goal looked a bit too open when Camilo Marin came free, but Teodosio Isauro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. LOS MENTI's Teodosio Isauro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Marin in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, LOS MENTI's goal looked a bit too open when Ambrosio Herena came free, but Teodosio Isauro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Furia Calamar's Ambrosio Herena in 24 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Teodosio Isauro guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After 25 played minutes LOS MENTI got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Guillelmus. Iván Rossi hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Everardo Tavio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Maximo Henric. Furia Calamar's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ernesto Barbosa struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Maximo Henric didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LOS MENTI. In the 37th minute, Nacho Vázquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximo Henric was a little too slow when Omar Cuartio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 2-0. Camilo Marin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodosio Isauro having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Omar Cuartio was the one to do the kick off. Maximo Henric showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Cuartio in the 51st minute of the match. Furia Calamar's Maximo Henric played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Barbosa in the 52nd minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, Ambrosio Herena recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Teodosio Isauro. Ambrosio Herena showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. After 60 minutes, Camilo Marin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Furia Calamar and the LOS MENTI players grew even worse after the yellow card. Camilo Marin hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Furia Calamar made a substitution. Herminio Semeno replaced Erubiel Matthew. After a rather tough play, Furia Calamar's Camilo Marin got a free kick in the 61st minute. After 66 minutes of play, Furia Calamar's Camilo Marin made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teodosio Isauro was left in no man's land by his defense there! LOS MENTI's Teodosio Isauro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ambrosio Herena in the 72nd minute of play. Furia Calamar's Camilo Marin was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 73rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Nacho Vázquez kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 79th match minute, Furia Calamar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nacho Vázquez to maneuver through the defense. Everardo Tavio's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Maximo Henric - 3-3 was put on the score board in the 80th minute. Ambrosio Herena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Teodosio Isauro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maximo Henric didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santo Anaya went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-3 was the resulting score.
