In the 23rd minute, Eskil Olofsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of MKS Legion Częstochowa booed when Arye Suryoye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Ljungberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. MKS Legion Częstochowa's Per Holmberg got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Alexander Wenerdahl kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Jens Duset didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per Holmberg went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Jens Duset showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Holmberg in the 64th minute of the match. Edmund Wielkopolski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Bållström in the 71st minute of the match. The supporters of MKS Legion Częstochowa booed when Arye Suryoye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Wenerdahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Per Holmberg in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jens Duset prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Per Holmberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens Duset having to interfere. If Toni Polster had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Arye Suryoye's zone, Per Holmberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens Duset came out of the goal and Per Holmberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Arye Suryoye players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for MKS Legion Częstochowa.
