The supporters of FC LEVSKI ОК booed when MKS Legion Częstochowa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Holmberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edmund Wielkopolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vanyo Kochev, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Edmund Wielkopolski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vanyo Kochev in the 9th minute of the match. Edmund Wielkopolski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vanyo Kochev in the 13th minute of play. A collision led to MKS Legion Częstochowa getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Per Holmberg hit a great ball. In the 19th minute, Stavri Drakev reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Edmund Wielkopolski. The goal made the score 1-0. When Teobald Gaszynski fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MKS Legion Częstochowa's protests and gave Teobald Gaszynski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th minute, Emil Kalinowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. MKS Legion Częstochowa's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Vanyo Kochev 28 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vanyo Kochev in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edmund Wielkopolski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 35 minutes into the match, MKS Legion Częstochowa's goal looked a bit too open when Vanyo Kochev came free, but Edmund Wielkopolski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Vanyo Kochev kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edmund Wielkopolski. That made the score 3-0 in the 35 minute of play. Zdravko Deninski hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Bozhidar Marchinkov kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. If Teobald Gaszynski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teobald Gaszynski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zdravko Deninski took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edmund Wielkopolski. Edmund Wielkopolski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Per Holmberg did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-1 to the left of a surprised Radomir Yonchev 64 minutes into the match. Edmund Wielkopolski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vanyo Kochev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the MKS Legion Częstochowa defense, Stavri Drakev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edmund Wielkopolski. The MKS Legion Częstochowa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edmund Wielkopolski should have stopped the shot. In the 81st minute, Per Holmberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MKS Legion Częstochowa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. In the 83rd match minute, MKS Legion Częstochowa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedykt Chazon to maneuver through the defense. Edmund Wielkopolski came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by FC LEVSKI ОК's Vanyo Kochev. But to his dismay, Vanyo Kochev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. 88 minutes into the match, MKS Legion Częstochowa's goal looked a bit too open when Vanyo Kochev came free, but Edmund Wielkopolski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th match minute, FC LEVSKI ОК was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stavri Drakev to maneuver through the defense. MKS Legion Częstochowa's Edmund Wielkopolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vanyo Kochev in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Stavri Drakev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC LEVSKI ОК fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-2.
