In the 3rdth minute of the game Per Holmberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chancy Olympique's Remo Steingher was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Remo Steingher came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by MKS Legion Częstochowa's Per Holmberg. But to his dismay, Per Holmberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. With a little luck, Chancy Olympique's Remo Steingher got control of the ball when Per Holmberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 8th match minute, MKS Legion Częstochowa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Kalinowski to maneuver through the defense. Remo Steingher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Holmberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per Holmberg's late challenge caught a Chancy Olympique's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Per Holmberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th minute, Teobald Gaszynski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Remo Steingher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobald Gaszynski, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute MKS Legion Częstochowa were awarded a corner. Per Holmberg went to the cornerflag to take it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Grzegorz Giertych during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Chancy Olympique booed when MKS Legion Częstochowa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grzegorz Giertych didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute Jake Zarrella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmund Wielkopolski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chancy Olympique were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after MKS Legion Częstochowa's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marc Greub took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Marc Greub got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Edmund Wielkopolski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 30 played minutes Chancy Olympique got a freekick which was hit by Gabor Helfenstein. In the 34th minute, MKS Legion Częstochowa's Per Holmberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Remo Steingher. Remo Steingher yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobald Gaszynski in the 38th minute of play forced Chancy Olympique's goalkeeper Remo Steingher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Chancy Olympique's goal looked a bit too open when Teobald Gaszynski came free, but Remo Steingher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chancy Olympique's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Per Holmberg 42 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Karim Rusch to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Teobald Gaszynski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remo Steingher was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After having played for 55 minutes, Teobald Gaszynski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MKS Legion Częstochowa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teobald Gaszynski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Mieszko Barys fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MKS Legion Częstochowa's protests and gave Mieszko Barys a yellow card for diving instead. Mieszko Barys hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Remo Steingher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Holmberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the match, Per Holmberg notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Chancy Olympique's Remo Steingher. Remo Steingher was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 67th match minute, Chancy Olympique was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jake Zarrella to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustavo Huser during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee gave MKS Legion Częstochowa a penalty, 69 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Per Holmberg, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chancy Olympique's Remo Steingher. 6-0. After a defensive mix-up in MKS Legion Częstochowa's zone, Zelimir Marty stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmund Wielkopolski came out of the goal and Zelimir Marty tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Remo Steingher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Holmberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Edu Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot. MKS Legion Częstochowa's supporters rose to their feet, but Edu Sousa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remo Steingher breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 90 minutes into the match, Chancy Olympique's goal looked a bit too open when Per Holmberg came free, but Remo Steingher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st match minute, MKS Legion Częstochowa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Kalinowski to maneuver through the defense. Chancy Olympique's Marc Greub couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for MKS Legion Częstochowa. In the 94th minute Per Holmberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remo Steingher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. MKS Legion Częstochowa had played much better football throughout.
