Ariel Totakoxe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Senio having to interfere. Durazno FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Aldo Qwinton 12 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. If Gogo Iturri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Gotzon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Senio having to interfere. Gogo Iturri struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Claudio Senio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Durazno FC. Augusto Quinito's late challenge caught a Durazno FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Augusto Quinito helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Villa Mitre City's Augusto Quinito got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 42nd minute, Dalmacio Endura reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Melchor Acuña. The goal made the score 2-0. The supporters of Villa Mitre City booed when Durazno FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. 龙笑霖 didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aldo Qwinton made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Ariel Totakoxe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Durazno FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ariel Totakoxe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sebastian Gotzon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claudio Senio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Villa Mitre City's Conrado Raymond got a free kick in the 60th minute. Melchor Acuña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Quinito in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Dalmacio Endura left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Villa Mitre City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The supporters of Villa Mitre City booed when Durazno FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erubiel Malvin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th match minute, Durazno FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raimundo Ofelio to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Durazno FC's zone, Hugo Medardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melchor Acuña came out of the goal and Hugo Medardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 78 minutes into the game, Villa Mitre City's Matias Tulio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melchor Acuña made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Melchor Acuña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalmacio Endura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th match minute, Durazno FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ariel Totakoxe to maneuver through the defense. Ariel Totakoxe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 89 played minutes Villa Mitre City got a freekick which was hit by Conrado Raymond. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Villa Mitre City fully deserved thier win.
