In the 9th minute, Pierre Van Leemputte made a precise shot to the right of Melchor Acuña. Durazno FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Melchor Acuña was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Tibau Weynants capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tibau Weynants really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. When Pierre Van Leemputte came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Portus Ganda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pierre Van Leemputte couldn't finish the play. Nils Robin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Gotzon in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Danny Spoelberchs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Durazno FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Sebastian Gotzon hit a great ball. In the 26th match minute, Durazno FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantino Clementi to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Lennert Van Den Bosch's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melchor Acuña was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Portus Ganda were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Durazno FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Danny Spoelberchs took the corner. Pierre Van Leemputte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Melchor Acuña made a huge save. Lennert Van Den Bosch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melchor Acuña having to interfere. 38 minutes into the game, Lennert De Loose was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Portus Ganda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Durazno FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Portus Ganda's Lennert De Loose got a free kick in the 38th minute. Melchor Acuña made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pierre Van Leemputte in the 40th minute. Portus Ganda's Lennert Van Den Bosch got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lennert Van Den Bosch to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Pierre Van Leemputte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Portus Ganda's Nils Robin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Portus Ganda from getting a goal against them. Pierre Van Leemputte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Melchor Acuña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roger Hoolemans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute, Lennert Van Den Bosch left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portus Ganda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Melchor Acuña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Hoolemans in the 70th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Tibau Weynants notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Durazno FC's Melchor Acuña. Melchor Acuña was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nils Robin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ariel Totakoxe in the 75th minute. Nils Robin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gogo Iturri, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After 76 played minutes Portus Ganda got a freekick which was hit by Roger Hoolemans. Lennert Van Den Bosch blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Melchor Acuña having to make a save. Melchor Acuña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tibau Weynants in the 81st minute of play. Nils Robin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gogo Iturri in the 88th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Durazno FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lennert Van Den Bosch came free, but Melchor Acuña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Portus Ganda's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
