Almir Diamanti charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Almir Diamanti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 3 played minutes I Rossoneri got a freekick which was hit by Almir Diamanti. Richard Haraldsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Velasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute, I Rossoneri's Christian Vallin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Thiago Paraense. Thiago Paraense yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Villa Verde FC's Thiago Paraense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Villa Verde FC from getting a goal against them. In the 13th match minute, Villa Verde FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afonso Baiano to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, I Rossoneri's goal looked a bit too open when Claudinho Fantini came free, but Richard Haraldsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Richard Haraldsson came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Villa Verde FC's Claudinho Fantini. But to his dismay, Claudinho Fantini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Christian Vallin's late challenge caught a Villa Verde FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christian Vallin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th match minute, I Rossoneri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Vallin to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Villa Verde FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Claudinei Duarte hit a great ball. Almir Diamanti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Thiago Paraense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Almir Diamanti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st match minute, I Rossoneri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kent Ahlgren to maneuver through the defense. Richard Haraldsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso Baiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After 34 played minutes Villa Verde FC got a freekick which was hit by Joel Ramos. In the 37th minute, Christian Vallin made a precise shot to the right of Thiago Paraense. Villa Verde FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hans Apelqvist in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thiago Paraense prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 42nd minute Hans Apelqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Paraense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th match minute, I Rossoneri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Almir Diamanti to maneuver through the defense.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Claudinho Fantini to strike the kick off in the second half. Kent Ahlgren hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After 57 played minutes Villa Verde FC got a freekick which was hit by Willian Vergílio. Richard Esteves lost his temper 58 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 59th match minute, Villa Verde FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Esteves to maneuver through the defense. Claudinho Fantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Villa Verde FC defense, Almir Diamanti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Paraense. The Villa Verde FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Paraense should have stopped the shot. Jonas Koch got a throw-in 70 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Agne Palmquist. Villa Verde FC's Thiago Paraense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Vallin in the 72nd minute of play. Thiago Paraense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Vallin, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Richard Haraldsson was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Betinho Lira. Thiago Paraense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Koch, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 88 minutes into the match, Hans Apelqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thiago Paraense. Villa Verde FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hans Apelqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. I Rossoneri had won after a very even match.
