Giovanni Morris received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dino Losito came out and tried to block the shot, but Giovanni Morris slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. Daniele De Matteis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Claudio Lenci went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Dino Losito made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Gianluca Scamacca sent off a good shot on target. 12 minutes into the match, Sporting Club Sicilia's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Lenci came free, but Daniele De Matteis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudio Lenci might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniele De Matteis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudio Lenci ran back to his position shaking his head. Arrigo Tesone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudio Lenci took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniele De Matteis. Daniele De Matteis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudio Lenci in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniele De Matteis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Old BaoBaB Accademy's Dino Losito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carter Marsili in the 31st minute of play. Giovanni Morris in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dino Losito, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 35th minute, Giovanni Morris fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In a very dangerous position, a player in Old BaoBaB Accademy fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The supporters of Old BaoBaB Accademy booed when Sporting Club Sicilia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giovanni Morris didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hajime Taki charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hajime Taki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Old BaoBaB Accademy getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Hajime Taki hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the game, Old BaoBaB Accademy's Claudio Lenci nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Daniele De Matteis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. After a defensive mix-up in Old BaoBaB Accademy's zone, Carter Marsili stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dino Losito came out of the goal and Carter Marsili tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sporting Club Sicilia fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 69th minute. Penalty! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Camillo Petrocchi during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Old BaoBaB Accademy getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Camillo Petrocchi hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arrigo Tesone in the 83rd minute of play forced Sporting Club Sicilia's goalkeeper Daniele De Matteis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gianluca Scamacca in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dino Losito saved Old BaoBaB Accademy from getting behind. If Claudio Lenci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claudio Lencis short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Daniele De Matteis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Arrigo Tesone fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Old BaoBaB Accademy's protests and gave Arrigo Tesone a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st minute, Arrigo Tesone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Old BaoBaB Accademy walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
