The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Enrico Tassotti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrik Eliasson having to interfere. In the 6th minute Ian Hellkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arrigo Capone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 10 minutes of play, Gonzo Style f.c's Davide Zisser made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patrik Eliasson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Patrik Eliasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrico Tassotti, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 18th minute John Beckström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arrigo Capone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Filiph Magnusson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Gonzo Style f.c's Dennis Pagliarini got a free kick in the 24th minute. Gonzo Style f.c's Domenico Di Mattia pulled a muscle in his back after 29 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 30th match minute, Koffe Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by John Beckström to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, Ian Hellkvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arrigo Capone. Gonzo Style f.c's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ian Hellkvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Arrigo Capone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ian Hellkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arrigo Capone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Törnkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Koffe Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Davide Zisser came free, but Patrik Eliasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Alvise Pezzi had to leave the field with a concussion. After 43 minutes, Ian Hellkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Koffe Boys and the Gonzo Style f.c players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 44 played minutes Koffe Boys got a freekick which was hit by Ian Hellkvist. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enrico Tassotti couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Gonzo Style f.c's Arrigo Capone got control of the ball when Ian Hellkvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gonzo Style f.c's Amedeo Signoretti got a free kick in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Beckström in the 71st minute of play forced Gonzo Style f.c's goalkeeper Arrigo Capone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd match minute, Gonzo Style f.c was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amedeo Signoretti to maneuver through the defense. John Beckström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Arrigo Capone made a huge save. The supporters of Gonzo Style f.c booed when Koffe Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Törnkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute Augusto Vieri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrik Eliasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 77 minutes, Enrico Tassotti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gonzo Style f.c's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enrico Tassotti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 77 played minutes Koffe Boys got a freekick which was hit by John Beckström. Arrigo Capone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Beckström in the 81st minute of play. In the 82nd match minute, Gonzo Style f.c was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Pelliccioni to maneuver through the defense. Koffe Boys's Patrik Eliasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Davide Zisser in the 86th minute of play. If Ian Hellkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute, Augusto Vieri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gonzo Style f.c fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. A collision led to Koffe Boys getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. John Beckström hit a great ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Gonzo Style f.c fully deserved thier win.
