Spectators: 7598 (Terracing: 5700, Seating: 1747, VIP seats: 151) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gianluca Scamacca kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Birra Cultura F.C booed when Sporting Club Sicilia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edoardo Mozzoni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Birra Cultura F.C's Tono Pardaves got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 12 minutes into the match, Zavier Collado notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Sporting Club Sicilia's Daniele De Matteis. Daniele De Matteis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Fermin Mecaur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniele De Matteis was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. The long shot by Amos Giusto in the 19th minute really tested Cruz Cañizares's skills. Daniele De Matteis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dante Quinten, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Edoardo Mozzoni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 32nd minute, Birra Cultura F.C's Tono Pardaves seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Tono Pardaves the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Birra Cultura F.C protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Tono Pardaves had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Cruz Cañizares was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Amos Giusto. 36 minutes into the match, Dante Quinten had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniele De Matteis. Sporting Club Sicilia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dante Quinten was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zavier Collado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Giovanni Morris left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sporting Club Sicilia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. With 72 minutes on the clock, Leonardo Spinazzola commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 72nd minute, one of Sporting Club Sicilia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sporting Club Sicilia. When the match had been going on for 74 minutes, Birra Cultura F.C's Venancio Froylan got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Daniele De Matteis. Carter Marsili sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Birra Cultura F.C's Zavier Collado in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Zemario Ballugera might have been able to make a better finish in the 98th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniele De Matteis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zemario Ballugera ran back to his position shaking his head. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Birra Cultura F.C had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
