Spectators: 7604 (Terracing: 5704, Seating: 1749, VIP seats: 151) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tam Clerk made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute, Niceto Aires made a precise shot to the right of Alisdair Ferries. Lord of the Wings's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Alisdair Ferries showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernan Scalarandi in the 21st minute of the match. The supporters of Mapovihesa FC booed when Lord of the Wings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fergus Malcolm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alisdair Ferries didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Niceto Aires went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Alisdair Ferries made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Aires in the 27th minute of play. Mapovihesa FC's Silverio Modestio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Finlay Falconer in the 28th minute of play. Alisdair Ferries came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Mapovihesa FC's Niceto Aires. But to his dismay, Niceto Aires quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Fergus Malcolm's late challenge caught a Mapovihesa FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fergus Malcolm helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd match minute, Lord of the Wings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fergus Malcolm to maneuver through the defense. Niceto Aires took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alisdair Ferries. Alisdair Ferries dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After 36 played minutes Mapovihesa FC got a freekick which was hit by Tiburcio Izel. Alisdair Ferries took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niceto Aires, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Silverio Modestio managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when Lord of the Wings's Tam Clerk fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After the first half Mapovihesa FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Alisdair Ferries made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Scalarandi in the 54th minute of play. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Hernan Scalarandi sped through Lord of the Wings's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alisdair Ferries. Alisdair Ferries took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsenio Atarratze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 65 minutes into the match, Lord of the Wings's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Scalarandi came free, but Alisdair Ferries reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiburcio Izel made in the 69th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Niceto Aires however managed to control. Alisdair Ferries made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Aires in the 70th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tam Clerk in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silverio Modestio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 79 minutes into the match, Lord of the Wings's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Aires came free, but Alisdair Ferries reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Mapovihesa FC's Niceto Aires slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alisdair Ferries. That made the score 0-6 after 80 minutes of play. Silverio Modestio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Finlay Falconer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stuart McLucas hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Alisdair Ferries made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Faustino Bordat sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th minute Niceto Aires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alisdair Ferries saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Lord of the Wings fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mapovihesa FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
