Spectators: 7586 (Terracing: 5691, Seating: 1745, VIP seats: 150) Los Diablos Rojos's Doug Bermudez started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alisdair Ferries showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doug Bermudez in the 4th minute of the match. If Tam Clerk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th match minute, Lord of the Wings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmond Mason to maneuver through the defense. When Los Diablos Rojos's Doug Bermudez in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lord of the Wings's goalie prevented a goal. Alisdair Ferries showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doug Bermudez in the 12th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, João Adolfo Mota managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Diablos Rojos's supporters rose to their feet, but João Adolfo Mota was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alisdair Ferries breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 16 minutes of play, Lord of the Wings's Tam Clerk made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aquilino Aguilera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alisdair Ferries made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Adolfo Mota in the 20th minute of play. Aquilino Aguilera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tam Clerk in the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes in the game, Doug Bermudez dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After a rather tough play, Lord of the Wings's Jack McIndeor got a free kick in the 36th minute. Ignacio Tancredo, 37 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Lord of the Wings were furious when Terry Gillespie was red carded, 38 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 38th minute of the game. One of Lord of the Wings:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Los Diablos Rojos:s goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Finlay Falconer was the one to do the kick off. 63 minutes into the match, Lord of the Wings's goal looked a bit too open when Andres Santiago came free, but Alisdair Ferries reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alisdair Ferries showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doug Bermudez, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After a rather tough play, Lord of the Wings's Jack McIndeor got a free kick in the 70th minute. Ignacio Tancredo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 73 played minutes Los Diablos Rojos got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Vitin. Finlay Falconer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. João Adolfo Mota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Alisdair Ferries tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd match minute, Los Diablos Rojos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Sidro to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute Doug Bermudez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alisdair Ferries saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute Los Diablos Rojos were awarded a corner. Ignacio Tancredo went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Lord of the Wings's goalie and right to João Adolfo Mota. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Lord of the Wings's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After 93 played minutes Los Diablos Rojos got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Vitin. When Fergus Malcolm came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Lord of the Wings fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fergus Malcolm couldn't finish the play. Los Diablos Rojos were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
