Spectators: 7528 (Terracing: 5647, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) After 2 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for GreenUnited! Rolf Algren shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 5th minute Markus Wenerdahl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xalbador Gamiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. GreenUnited's Xalbador Gamiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Hultin in the 9th minute of play. When Adrio Mañe fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GreenUnited's protests and gave Adrio Mañe a yellow card for diving instead. Adrio Mañe hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Xalbador Gamiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Markus Wenerdahl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind GreenUnited's goalkeeper Xalbador Gamiz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Xalbador Gamiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Markus Wenerdahl in the 31st minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, GreenUnited's goal looked a bit too open when Rolf Algren came free, but Xalbador Gamiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 33 played minutes GreenUnited got a freekick which was hit by Elija Andres. Xalbador Gamiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Markus Wenerdahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Xalbador Gamiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolf Algren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florencio Antoniano kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Markus Wenerdahl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xalbador Gamiz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Xalbador Gamiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Markus Wenerdahl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolf Algren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Markus Wenerdahl scored 0-1 in the 49th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Xalbador Gamiz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half MaLe FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rolf Algren to make the kick off. With a little luck, GreenUnited's Xalbador Gamiz got control of the ball when Markus Wenerdahl tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 60th minute MaLe FC were awarded a corner. Rolf Algren went to the cornerflag to take it. Xalbador Gamiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Hultin in the 62nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, MaLe FC's Rolf Algren got a free kick in the 71st minute. Xalbador Gamiz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Markus Wenerdahl in the 75th minute. Peter Hultin might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xalbador Gamiz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peter Hultin ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Hultin in the 78th minute of play forced GreenUnited's goalkeeper Xalbador Gamiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute, Peter Hultin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Macario Runs kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Markus Wenerdahl made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 85thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Xalbador Gamiz would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 87th match minute, MaLe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Hultin to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, MaLe FC's Peter Hultin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Xalbador Gamiz. Xalbador Gamiz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. In the 94th minute Peter Hultin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xalbador Gamiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xalbador Gamiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolf Algren in the 99th minute of the match. MaLe FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
