If Konstanty Kaczanek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th minute, Pascual Paio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sylwester Bojanowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Locura Académica's Rafael Gilesindo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstanty Kaczanek in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Lukasz Kosowski made a precise shot to the right of Rafael Gilesindo. Locura Académica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 17th minute, Lukasz Kosowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Locura Académica's goal looked a bit too open when Konstanty Kaczanek came free, but Rafael Gilesindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Konstanty Kaczanek in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafael Gilesindo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leszek Orszak hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Konstanty Kaczanek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sparta LKS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Wladyslaw Kajdasz charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wladyslaw Kajdasz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Sparta LKS getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Wladyslaw Kajdasz hit a great ball. Sylwester Bojanowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pascual Paio in the 37th minute. Sylwester Bojanowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascual Paio, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Konstanty Kaczanek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Konstanty Kaczanek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pascual Paio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Sylwester Bojanowski made a huge save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Konstanty Kaczanek to make the kick off. Konstanty Kaczanek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rafael Gilesindo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Pascual Paio scored 2-2 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sylwester Bojanowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 66th minute, Pascual Paio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sylwester Bojanowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Konstanty Kaczanek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rafael Gilesindo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute Pascual Paio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sylwester Bojanowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sparta LKS's Sylwester Bojanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascual Paio in the 74th minute of play. Venancio Lartaun's late challenge caught a Sparta LKS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Venancio Lartaun helped the player get up and apologised. In the 75th minute, one of Locura Académica:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Locura Académica. The goalkeeper, Rafael Gilesindo, was totally fooled by Sparta LKS's Norbert Wieczorek, who 77 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Locura Académica's Rafael Gilesindo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Locura Académica from getting a goal against them. Sparta LKS's Sylwester Bojanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascual Paio in the 83rd minute of play. Sylwester Bojanowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pascual Paio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Konstanty Kaczanek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sparta LKS's supporters rose to their feet, but Konstanty Kaczanek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafael Gilesindo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Konstanty Kaczanek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Rafael Gilesindo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Wladyslaw Kajdasz was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 98 minutes had been played. Wladyslaw Kajdasz kicked well hit freekick during the 99th minute of the match. After having played for 101 minutes, Sixto Guillelmus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Locura Académica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sixto Guillelmus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
