The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Válbson Valle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Johan Redbone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waclaw Mocko, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Zé Pedro Leal hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 11thth minute of the game Leonel Vaz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The White Star WK's Teofil Bronicki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leonel Vaz hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Jano Nascimento hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonel Vaz in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teofil Bronicki saved The White Star WK from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Leonel Vaz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teofil Bronicki was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonel Vaz in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teofil Bronicki saved The White Star WK from getting behind. In the 27th minute, Jano Nascimento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teofil Bronicki was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The White Star WK's Teofil Bronicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Vaz in the 30th minute of play. Brock Canellas lost his temper 32 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The supporters of The White Star WK booed when OxentePaisa Salcity was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brock Canellas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafal Mnich fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johan Redbone having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Jano Nascimento left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The OxentePaisa Salcity fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Dida Paraense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofil Bronicki having to interfere. Dida Paraense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th minute Waclaw Mocko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johan Redbone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dida Paraense to make the kick off. A collision led to The White Star WK getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Janusz Dankowski hit a great ball. Teofil Bronicki was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jano Nascimento. Johan Redbone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waclaw Mocko in the 60th minute of the match. After having played for 62 minutes, Jano Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. OxentePaisa Salcity's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jano Nascimento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Válbson Valle came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the OxentePaisa Salcity fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Válbson Valle couldn't finish the play. In the 66th minute, OxentePaisa Salcity's Dida Paraense ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Teofil Bronicki. Teofil Bronicki yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. 70 minutes into the match, The White Star WK's goal looked a bit too open when Válbson Valle came free, but Teofil Bronicki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Zé Pedro Leal almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but The White Star WK's Teofil Bronicki did a great save. Teofil Bronicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar de Moraes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jano Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofil Bronicki having to interfere. The White Star WK's Teofil Bronicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar de Moraes in the 82nd minute of play. 84 minutes into the game, Válbson Valle cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Teofil Bronicki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 89th minute, OxentePaisa Salcity's Oscar de Moraes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Teofil Bronicki. Teofil Bronicki yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. After a defensive mix-up in The White Star WK's zone, Oscar de Moraes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teofil Bronicki came out of the goal and Oscar de Moraes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teofil Bronicki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jano Nascimento in the 94th minute of the match.
