The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Antonio Grossman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 30 minutes of play, ≮亮劍≯ㄨ青锋剑ㄨ→大众楚星's 朱镇克 made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Antonio Grossman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Antonio Grossman came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by ≮亮劍≯ㄨ青锋剑ㄨ→大众楚星's 朱镇克. But to his dismay, 朱镇克 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The supporters of Jagiellonia Denver booed when ≮亮劍≯ㄨ青锋剑ㄨ→大众楚星 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. 狄卫皓 didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clement McCormick during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jagiellonia Denver's Antonio Grossman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 胡国冰 in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Hoyt Dove kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, 麦凡青 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Palmer Gilmore's late challenge caught a ≮亮劍≯ㄨ青锋剑ㄨ→大众楚星's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Palmer Gilmore helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ≮亮劍≯ㄨ青锋剑ㄨ→大众楚星 booed when Jagiellonia Denver was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Palmer Gilmore didn't get a good kick on the ball.
