Jotautas Gutauskas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Kings defense, Robin Thordorf kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jotautas Gutauskas. The Kings fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jotautas Gutauskas should have stopped the shot. Ulrik Wieder hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Rupertas Budreckas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Folmar Dandanell firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to Kings getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Ričardas Jasinskas hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robin Thordorf in the 23rd minute of play forced Kings's goalkeeper Jotautas Gutauskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Kings's goal looked a bit too open when Robin Thordorf came free, but Jotautas Gutauskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kings's Jotautas Gutauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robin Thordorf in the 28th minute of play. Hønning's Folmar Dandanell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Hønning from getting a goal against them. After 37 minutes of play, Hønning's Ulrik Wieder made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jotautas Gutauskas was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Hønning were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Robin Thordorf was the one to do the kick off. Robin Thordorf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Jotautas Gutauskas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ulrik Wieder struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Jotautas Gutauskas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hønning. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valdemaras Alukas in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Folmar Dandanell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 64 minutes into the game, Ulrik Wieder cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Jotautas Gutauskas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Robin Thordorf's late challenge caught a Kings's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robin Thordorf helped the player get up and apologised. When Marius Medišauskas fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kings's protests and gave Marius Medišauskas a yellow card for diving instead. Marius Medišauskas hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 73rd match minute, Hønning was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Holger Quirinus to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 73 minutes, Valdemaras Alukas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kings's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdemaras Alukas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hønning's Robin Thordorf got his second yellow card of the match in the 75th minute. The referee ordered Robin Thordorf off the ground. A collision led to Hønning getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Robin Thordorf hit a great ball. In the 77th minute of the match Marius Medišauskas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Folmar Dandanell skillfully saved the ball. Karolis Norvaiša hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Samson Erreboe hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Hønning eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
