In the 16th match minute, Pink Floyd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Tebaldo to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as AC Mayonnaise's Stig-Arne Ödman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Damaso Rivas. That made the score 3-0 after 17 minutes of play. Edmund Runberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Östen Walroth didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alvaro Innocenzio went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Stig-Arne Ödman succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-1 in the 26th playminute. 29 minutes into the match, Pink Floyd's goalkeeper Damaso Rivas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmund Runberg. A collision led to AC Mayonnaise getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Christopher Dahlberg hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the game, Pink Floyd's Alvaro Innocenzio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Östen Walroth made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. Östen Walroth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Bihar, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 35 minutes into the match, AC Mayonnaise's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Innocenzio came free, but Östen Walroth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damaso Rivas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mattias Kilstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Pink Floyd's Damaso Rivas got control of the ball when Stig-Arne Ödman tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 39 minutes of play, AC Mayonnaise's Stig-Arne Ödman made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damaso Rivas was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 42 played minutes Pink Floyd got a freekick which was hit by Clodoveo Blanco. Pink Floyd's Damaso Rivas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Pink Floyd from getting a goal against them. 47 minutes into the match, AC Mayonnaise's goal looked a bit too open when Cirilo Tebaldo came free, but Östen Walroth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Edmund Runberg made the kick off in the second half. Pink Floyd's Damaso Rivas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattias Kilstedt in the 55th minute of play. Mattias Kilstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damaso Rivas having to interfere. Pink Floyd's Damaso Rivas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattias Kilstedt in the 63rd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Felipe Galtero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute Mattias Kilstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Rivas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Mattias Kilstedt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. With a little luck, AC Mayonnaise's Östen Walroth got control of the ball when Alvaro Innocenzio tried to sneak it across the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Pink Floyd's goal looked a bit too open when Edmund Runberg came free, but Damaso Rivas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Stig-Arne Ödman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Damaso Rivas was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-2. 83 minutes into the match, Pink Floyd's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Hellkvist came free, but Damaso Rivas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Pink Floyd's goal looked a bit too open when Jonny Cane came free, but Damaso Rivas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute Mattias Kilstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Rivas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Mattias Kilstedt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damaso Rivas. Pink Floyd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mattias Kilstedt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-2. If Mattias Kilstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AC Mayonnaise walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
