Spectators: 7490 (Terracing: 5618, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) In the 3rd minute Ferdinand Romholt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otávio Massa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 3 minutes into the game, Hønning's Ferdinand Romholt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Otávio Massa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 15th minute Ferdinand Romholt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otávio Massa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Hønning's Ferdinand Romholt in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Danone CC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 19th minute, Marquinhos Coelho reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Folmar Dandanell. The goal made the score 1-1. Hønning's Folmar Dandanell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimir de Almeida in the 22nd minute of play. After 23 minutes Hønning's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dinei de Medeiros who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Dinei de Medeiros almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hønning's Folmar Dandanell did a great save. In the 31st minute, Dito Braga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vladimir de Almeida received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Folmar Dandanell came out and tried to block the shot, but Vladimir de Almeida slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 34th minute. Eberhardt Næsager hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Folmar Dandanell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimir de Almeida, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Ferdinand Romholt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otávio Massa having to interfere. Hønning's Folmar Dandanell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júlio Pena in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd match minute, Hønning was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samson Erreboe to maneuver through the defense. Dinei de Medeiros, 43 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Clemente Recife could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Folmar Dandanell made a huge save. 48 minutes into the match, Júlio Pena had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Folmar Dandanell. Hønning's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Júlio Pena was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ferdinand Romholt was the one to do the kick off. After 55 played minutes Hønning got a freekick which was hit by Samson Erreboe. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Marquinhos Coelho put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Folmar Dandanell. 65 minutes into the match, Danone CC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Romholt came free, but Otávio Massa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Danone CC's Júlio Pena nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Folmar Dandanell made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. After some careless play in the Hønning defense, Vladimir de Almeida kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Folmar Dandanell. The Hønning fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Folmar Dandanell should have stopped the shot. Júlio Pena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Folmar Dandanell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Otávio Massa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ferdinand Romholt's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Joachim Hornø kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Ulrik Wieder scored 6-2 in the 98th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Otávio Massa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Danone CC had played much better football throughout.
